AS OF DECEMBER 14, 2010 A BURN BAN IS IN EFFECT FOR BRISCOE AND SWISHER COUNTIES.  LAKE MACKENZIE IS IN THESE COUNTIES.  NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED PERIOD - COUNTYWIDE-AREA BAN IN EFFECT!

The Mackenzie Municipal Water Authority Main Office is staffed and operated Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  It serves as the Permit Office when the Marina (Mackenzie Bait & Tackle) is closed.  The staff on hand can answer any questions pertaining to the Water Supply System or the Recreational Facilities.
